We went there alone (San Mateo County in Redwood City). Glad that didn't ask anyone to come for us. It was too fast that we'd feel very sorry to have anyone drive all the way for just a less than 10 mins process. I was even thinking to have my makeup trial today for such a significant moment. Fortunately I didn't do that. People in the government department would think me crazy!

See, the office is very boring...

In Hong Kong, registration is a one step process. Once it's done, the couple is married by law. People there take this as an important event inviting friends n' family to witness. We still aren't husband n' wife yet because we're basically turning in a form today. We got a document in return that has to be signed by the priest on our wedding day. Then the entire marriage license will be completed......

It was fun though. Finally got to know how it works. Ooooo, we're thankful that it was a sunny nice day today. We're half way done now. The other half will be completed in a month....
Oooo, he's signing! Note: With a BIG Smile!

We're done! The big white envelope I'm holding is the VERY important paper!

Ooooo, less than hour, Hadi will turn 29! Happy Birthday my dear fiance!!!
